So here we are.

This is Ground Zero.

Before you let this scare the crap out of you let me say this:

I have had tremendous success following the autoimmune protocol (AIP) and most of the folks I know who have jumped on the bandwagon have had great results, too.

The science is changing, folks.  No ifs, ands or buts about it.  Traditional medicine docs are so caught up in their “system” that they don’t have the time or desire to do any of the continuing education they need to keep up with new science.  They are depending on their drug reps to come in with a nice glossy three fold brochure to tell them “what they need to know.”

That shit ain’t working.  No ma’am.

People with all sorts of afflictions are getting dramatic results with the autoimmune protocol.

Because it’s anti-inflammatory.

It’s healing.  It’s not a drug that is masking your symptoms while you continue to get sicker and sicker.  It’s the new paradigm of root cause medicine.  Fix the problem, don’t mask the symptoms.

Inflammation is the root cause of so many of our modern day illnesses. The AIP is what most folks need to get jumpstarted on their journey to improving a wide array of health problems, but especially those rooted in autoimmunity. Click To Tweet
  • The most common symptoms that all autoimmune sufferers struggle with regardless of  individual diagnosis (lupus, MS, Hashimotos, etc) improve across the board when you go on the AIP diet.  For starters…
  • I’ve gained back my energy.
  • I’ve eliminated my aches and pains.
  • My brain fog has dissipated.
  • I no longer experience digestion distress.
  • Weight loss has come easily and naturally.

Here is what you need to know first.

Change is a Process

Few people dive in full throttle and succeed right away.  Some do, many don’t and those that don’t beat themselves up for not winning right out of the gate.  You’ve got to set yourself up for success and there will be more details on that in future blogs.

Getting used to what lies ahead and planning for your success is an important part of moving forward.  There are many emotional layers that come with this change and we can’t pretend they aren’t there.  The biggest part of the autoimmune protocol that must take place first is the dietary changes.

Because it will make you feel better. When you feel like crap you don’t want to do anything.  This is the motivation you need to move forward.

Food we can’t eat on this protocol is everywhere.  Log onto any social media platform and it’s one food porn option after another.  You can’t get away from it.  That is one reason why this protocol is so challenging.

We all have to eat.  You can’t avoid it. It’s not like giving up alcohol, or cigarettes, or recreational drugs….none of us need those to survive. We do, however, need food to survive and a culture that has become obsessed with food makes successfully implementing changes away from what everyone else is doing a daunting challenge.

You’ll need some new techniques for responding to peoples inquiries.

You’ll need some strategies.

You’ll need support.

You’ll find it here (sign up for my newletter below) and on my Facebook Page.  Go like it today.  I’ll be active there daily.  I love it when people ask questions on that page because then everyone benefits from the answer.

I’ll be doing more interactive Facebook Live segments with great regularity. Come get empowered.
